After the semi-final, four teams entering the final were Green Car, Hutech, Nano No. 1, Solar Vehicle. Through six rounds of stunning and hilarious moments of 2.6km length, with compact design, high aerodynamic performance and excellent solar cell system, although relatively weak sun, Nano No. 1 from the HCMC University of Technical Education was the first to reach the destination with record of 11 minutes 8 seconds to win the championship. Green Car won the second prize, third one came to Solar Vehicle and Hutech won the fourth.
Danish Crown Prince, Frederik André Henrik Christian and organizers conferred 10 million to the championship and 8 million, 6 million, 4 million award respectively granted to the second, third, and fourth.
The audience are were so excited during the final. Danish Crown Prince Frederik André Henrik Christian also tried driving a car around the race track.
Starting from the end of October 2011, the competition attracted 42 teams. This playground was co-hosted by HCMC Department of Science and Technology, HCMC Energy Efficiency Center in cooperation with Saigon Hi-tech Park and HCM City Television.
